So happy you are here. As we move into this next chapter of live it’s easy to lose our focus and spend a lot of time looking back or too far into the future. Our hormones may be going crazy and we just don’t feel like ourselves.
I knew, there had to be a positive way to embrace this next chapter of life, a way to be more present, to feel empowered, and focus on making the rest of our life the greatest part of our life.
I realized a simple tool was to define and then create your really good day. These really good days compound into a really good week, and these weeks create a really good month and so on. This is how my Thriving to 50 and Beyond journey began.

As a former Registered Dietitian, I love all things related to health, wellness and aging gracefully. I’ve had a few different careers including; my work as a Dietitian, then transitioned to real estate and helped build a top producing team and finally moved to the social selling space and promoted to the top 1% of my current company.
For the last 16 years I’ve been working on my mindset. When you work on you, everything in your life changes. My goal is share what I have learned to help you THRIVE in all areas of your life & to create a life you love.
My goal is to help women embrace MIDLIFE and to make the rest of your life the best part of your life.
